退款說明 任何時候，未通過亞太商學院及合作院校錄取的申請者，將在錄取不予通過告知後24小時內全額退款； 任何時候，亞太商學院不會授權任何個人以其名義收取任何項目申請者的任何費用。所有費用收取，均為亞太商學院授權機構公用賬戶； 任何時候，亞太商學院聯合學位項目申請者，若因合作院校未錄取而亞太商學院已通過錄取的，僅退合作院校申請費用。 The Asia Pacific School of Business (APSB) fully supports and observes recognised standards of protection in the security and confidentiality of personal data, as stipulated in the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. You have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by the School of Business . The School of Business may charge you a fee to cover the administration overhead incurred. If you wish to access or correct your personal data held by us, please submit your request to info@apsb.edu.ky for staff data, cob@apsb.edu.ky for student data, and postmaster@apsb.edu.ky for other data.

任何時候，亞太商學院（含附屬院系、校區）及授權機構，都不會洩露學位項目申請者的任何信息於第三方，亦不會與第三方共享身份信息（合作院校或委培機構除外）；
任何時候，項目申請者必須保證其身份合法性，任何竊取、盜用他人身份信息均為非法；亞太商學院（含附屬院系、校區）及授權機構不承擔因此所造成的任何刑事檢控或民事賠償責任；
任何時候，亞太商學院（含附屬院系、校區）及授權機構均為保護申請者信息安全而努力，但我們並不承諾和保障因戰爭、自然災害、暴亂、黑客竊取等不可抗力而產生的私隱洩漏。
